Female Pilgrims Luminous Guide To Makkah & Madinah
The annual pilgrimage (Hajj) is one of the central obligations for a Muslim, and the fifth and final pillar of Islam. As such, numerous works, both detailed and concise, in many different languages, have been penned on the virtues and rules of this great once-in-a-lifetime obligation. Despite this, the topic of Hajj is such that any new contribution made is never regarded as futile. Many scholars have prepared guides and booklets in order to make this unique spiritual journey as easy as possible for the Muslims.
Accordingly, some Apas (qualified female scholars) at Azhar Academy Girls School have prepared this short, simplified and practical Hajj guide, especially aimed at sisters, using simple language thus making it easy for everyone to understand. I have gone through the whole document and found it to be beneficial, Al-Hamdulillah. Upon review, I suggested some minor changes which have been incorporated.
I pray and hope this Hajj guide proves to be immensely beneficial for those wishing to go for Hajj, Insha Allah. I pray that Allah Most High accepts the efforts of the compilers and reward them abundantly in this life and the next. I pray Allah enable us to perform Hajj in a manner most pleasing to Him and make our Hajj an accepted Hajj (Hajj Mabrur). Ameen Ya Rabb.
