Returns Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or needs, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy.

Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Contact us by email on info@alaqsashop.co.uk.

Please also be aware that you will be responsible for paying the postage cost for returning the product to us. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure that the product reaches us safely.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund. In this case we will pay for the postage.

Damaged Goods

We strive to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and are carefully packaged to avoid any damage during shipping. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may occur, and a product may get damaged in transit.

We want to make things right for you, which is why we offer a refund for damaged goods or a replacement/exchange, and we will also arrange for the collection of the damaged product. Please note that we will cover the postage cost for returning the damaged product.

To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team by email on info@alaqsashop.co.uk within 30 days and provide them with a photo of the damaged product, along with your order number and a brief description of the damage. Our team will then assess the damage and arrange for the return of the product.

Once we receive the damaged product and confirm the damage, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase or send out the replacement/exchange if you wish. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer a 14-day exchange policy for your purchase, but please note that you will be responsible for paying the postage costs.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team on info@alaqsashop.co.uk and provide them with your order number and the product you wish to exchange. Our team will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange process.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our exchange policy criteria, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you.
