This book is about the life and teachings of Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA)-The Frist Caliph of Islam. Abu Bakr (RA)  was a rich man and well-known for his good character and generous nature. After becoming a Muslim, he used his money in protecting and helping fellow Muslims. He purchased and set free many slaves.

The first caller to prayer in Islam, Bilal Habashi (RA)  was set free by Abu Bakr (RA).  When the Prophet (saw) received the first revelation from Allah and when he was taken to the heaven (al - Mir'aj). Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه believed the prophet (saw) and stood firm by him. Thus, he earned the title of as-Siddiq', which means a very strong and honest friend.
